C. Information from third parties
We receive limited information from service providers such as payment processors (payment status/confirmations, not full card numbers), ticketing platforms (ticket issuance/validation data), identity/anti‑fraud providers, and marketing/analytics tools.

D. Event media
We and our accredited media partners may capture photos, video, and audio at events. See Event Photography & Filming below for details and choices.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information unless you provide it voluntarily for a specific purpose (e.g., accessibility requests). Please avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.

4) How we use information

  • Provide the services: fulfil ticket purchases and orders, manage accounts, deliver digital tickets, validate entry, and provide customer support.
  • Operate events: venue access control, safety/security, incident response, accreditation management, and event communications.
  • Marketing & communications: send newsletters and updates (you can unsubscribe at any time) and personalise content where permitted.
  • Security & anti‑fraud: detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent or prohibited activity.
  • Analytics & improvement: measure performance, fix issues, and improve the fan experience, website, and events.
  • Legal & compliance: comply with laws, enforce terms, and protect our rights and those of attendees, staff, and partners.
  • Legal bases (UK/EU GDPR): we rely on performance of a contract (e.g., ticket sales, event entry), legitimate interests (security, event operations, analytics), consent (such as marketing emails or cookies), and legal obligations (where laws require us to keep or share information).

5) Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, secure the checkout, and understand usage. Where required, we’ll ask for consent via a cookie banner. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for core functions (e.g., cart, checkout).

6) Payments & ticketing

Payments are processed by payment processors, e.g., Stripe/Square/PayPal. We do not store full card numbers. Ticket issuance/validation may be handled by ticketing platforms, e.g., Odoo. Those providers act as independent controllers for their activities—please review their privacy policies.

7) Sharing & disclosure

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers (hosting, ticketing, payments, email/newsletter, analytics, customer support) under confidentiality and data‑protection obligations;
  • Event partners/venues strictly for operational purposes (e.g., accreditation, safety);
  • Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers, auditors) under duty of confidentiality; and
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect safety, rights, and property.

We do not sell personal information.

8) International transfers

We are based in Australia and our events are hosted in Australia. We may use service providers located outside Australia to deliver certain parts of the Services (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery). Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA/UK transfers) to protect your information.

9) Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above—for example, order/ticket records for tax and accounting periods, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or until it’s no longer useful. We may anonymise data for aggregate reporting.

10) Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the data’s sensitivity, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method is 100% secure.
